| FAMOUS BREEDERS AS DIRECTORS/ADVISORS Nishikigoi - or just simply Koi - was created in Niigata, Japan, some 200 years ago. For its superb water quality, the area around Yamakoshi in central Niigata is still the biggest Koi breeding area in the world and is the "holy land" for Koi hobbyists worldwide. Although we are some 5000km away from Niigata under somewhat different climate, we believe that we (hobbyists included) can learn a lot from the Niigata breeders on how to keep Koi and improve our knowledge on Koi. We also wish to emulate the passion and dedication of these Koi breeders in our Koi Center. For this objectives, Sentul Park Koi Center has 3 famous Koi breeders - Mr. Fujio Oomo from Oomo Koi Farm, Mr. Makoto Tanaka from Marusyo Koi Farm and Mr. Hisato Nogami from Nogami Koi Farm - as company directors/advisors. Besides providing us with their magnificent Koi for our customers to appreciate, these breeders regularly visit our Koi center for seminars and talks to share first-hand tips and experience with us. We plan to invite many more breeders to spread and share the joy of Koi keeping |
